Cancellation Policy

Ray's Heating & Cooling Services - Default Policy 1. Service Appointments: All service appointments must be scheduled in advance. We strive to arrive within the scheduled time window; however, unforeseen circumstances may occasionally cause delays. In such cases, we will notify you promptly. 2. Payment Terms: Payment is due in full upon completion of the service. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and approved digital payment methods. All payments are final, and no refunds will be issued once payment has been made. 3. Appointment Cancellation/Rescheduling: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a cancellation fee of $50. Failure to notify us of a cancellation or rescheduling request may result in the forfeiture of any deposits made. 4. Service Warranty: Our work is guaranteed for 30 days from the service date. If any issues arise related to the service performed, we will address them at no additional cost within this period. This warranty does not cover issues unrelated to the work performed or new issues that arise after the service. 5. Liability: Ray's Heating & Cooling Services is not liable for any pre-existing conditions, damages, or issues not directly related to the service provided. Clients are responsible for ensuring that their HVAC systems are in a safe and accessible condition for our technicians. 6. Privacy Policy: We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. All customer data is kept confidential and will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except as required by law. 7. Compliance: By scheduling an appointment with Ray's Heating & Cooling Services, you agree to comply with all terms outlined in this policy. We reserve the right to update this policy at any time, and any changes will be communicated to our clients.
